From now until the end of December 2026, scaffolding will be erected on the building for modernisation work on the façade and roof. In this context, it may be necessary to gain access to individual residential units by prior arrangement.

The operating and heating costs are included in the rent from the rental agreement with the owner company.

The above offer is an example of the total price for the flat (rent incl. ancillary costs) and a complete care and service package (incl. care, furnishings, electricity and internet).
The service package can be customised on request and supplemented with additional services (laundry service, cleaning, etc.).

The obligation to pay the licence fee (GEZ) is not included and must be paid by the tenants themselves.***
