We currently have around 300 high-quality flats in our portfolio. We offer flats all over Berlin: from the north to the south, from the east to the west. Most of our flats are located close to our own office - next to Checkpoint Charlie and in the heart of the capital.

Our rental conditions offer flexibility for both individuals and companies. For individuals, the initial hire period ranges from 2 to 6 months, with the option to extend to a maximum of 12 months. We also offer an option specifically tailored to companies. This gives you the option of renting the flat on behalf of an employee for a fixed period of 12 months. This arrangement ensures that your employee has stable accommodation for the entire duration of their assignment - or employment contract.

Yes, pets are allowed in our flats. However, an additional cleaning fee will be charged when you move out.

Of course, all tenants can register in our flats. We provide the documents for registration upon handover.

Yes, we offer two options. The Standard and the Premium package. The Standard package is always included in the monthly rent. The Premium package comes at an additional cost and includes a microwave, coffee machine, smart speaker and upgraded internet connection.

As a tenant, you are responsible for registering and paying the ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio licence fee. Further information can be found on the website: https://www.rundfunkbeitrag.de/

Everything you need is included in the rental price. This includes the furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen, towels, pillows, television, heating, water, electricity and internet. You should only bring your own toothbrush when you move into one of our flats.

If you are in Berlin for a short period of time, renting a furnished flat offers privacy, personalised living and cost efficiency compared to hotels or unfurnished options. Our high-quality serviced flats are perfect if you are staying in Berlin temporarily for business or study.

Certainly a pre-inspection is not necessary. We offer 3D viewings or an online viewing with one of our team members. We always try to present an authentic representation so that you can fully grasp the atmosphere and features of each flat, even from a distance.

Rent and deposit are paid by bank transfer. The deposit is due when the contract is signed. The first rent and the deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over. Monthly rent payments are always made by bank transfer.

We only accept bank transfers. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cash, PayPal, credit cards or other means of payment. Bank transfer is the only payment method we accept.
