For rentals of less than 6 months, the Berlin accommodation tax will apply from 1 January 2025. Experience has shown that the majority of our tenants deliberately choose to rent for at least 6 months.

The accommodation tax amounts to 7.5 % of the net accommodation price and is charged in addition to the rent. It is due for tenancies with a duration of less than 6 months - regardless of whether the booking is made by private individuals or companies.

Yes, pets are allowed in our flats. However, an additional cleaning fee will be charged when you move out.

Rent and deposit are paid by bank transfer. The deposit is due when the contract is signed. The first rent and the deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over. Monthly rent payments are always made by bank transfer.
