I relied on their apartments twice and both times had great experiences. Apartment was well furnished. Any time there was an issue, there was a response in minutes and always resolved promptly. Deposit returned well within stipulated time. Overall, very reliable and superb experience.

Our several months stay at one of WoonWoon's apartments in Schöneberg was exactly what we'd hoped for. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and it was clear from day one that Julia and the whole team truly cared about their tenant's experience, from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're looking a place to stay in Berlin!

We had an outstanding experience with Woonwoon during our 1 Year Stay in Zimmerstr 7 of their fully furnished apartments in Berlin. From beginning to End, Woonwoon exceeded our expectations, making our temporary move smooth and enjoyable. Julia ensured that every aspect of our rental process was seamless and straightforward.

Meiko made our stay extremely comfortable by addressing each and every request during our stay and transfer another apartment . Special thanks to him and his team.

Highlights of our experience with Woonwoon:
1.Clear Communication: Woonwoon’s team was consistently timely, attentive, and transparent with every question or update we needed.
- Prompt Response : Any minor issues that arose were addressed immediately and with genuine care, adding to our peace of mind.
- Impressive Cleanliness: We were impressed by the impeccable condition of the flat upon arrival, and this level of cleanliness was maintained throughout.

Overall, Woonwoon made our stay in Berlin not only comfortable but also truly stress free experience. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking a hassle-free and pleasant rental experience. Especially when my wife was expecting. It feels like home away from home. Highly recommended for international travelers who arrive here to begin a new journey.

We’re a family of three who moved from the U.S. to Berlin in February 2025 and rented a furnished apartment through WOONWOON (via Wunderflats) for a 3-month stay. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Communication with the WOONWOON team was consistently fast, clear, and helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean and fully ready for us upon arrival. At the end of our lease, the move-out process was straightforward, with clear instructions that matched what was outlined in the contract. The final walkthrough was quick and without any surprises. Overall, a very easy and professional experience. We’d definitely recommend WOONWOON to anyone looking for temporary housing in Berlin.
