Es stehen verschiedene Betreuungs- und Servicepakete zur Wahl, nach denen sich die Servicepauschale berechnet.

Die Betriebs- und Heizkosten sind in der Miete aus dem Mietvertrag mit der Eigentümergesellschaft enthalten.

Das o.g. Angebot stellt beispielhaft den Gesamtpreis für die Wohnung (Miete inkl. Nebenkosten) und ein Komplett-Betreuungs-und-Service-Paket (inkl. Betreuung, Einrichtung, Strom und Internet) dar.
