4. Repair service for furnishings and electrical devices (no apartment maintenance)
5. Provision of electricity and internet (router/WiFi) – up to 100 Mbit/s (depends on availability)
6. Full furnished rooms with furnishings, decoration, lighting, just ready to move in (e.g. kitchen utensils, bed cloths + linen, towels, ...)
7. Provision and connection of electrical devices (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart-TV, toaster, kettle, etc.)

Services of the standard package, less:
