I relied on their apartments twice and both times had great experiences. Apartment was well furnished. Any time there was an issue, there was a response in minutes and always resolved promptly. Deposit returned well within stipulated time. Overall, very reliable and superb experience.

Our several months stay at one of WoonWoon's apartments in Schöneberg was exactly what we'd hoped for. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and it was clear from day one that Julia and the whole team truly cared about their tenant's experience, from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're looking a place to stay in Berlin!

We had an outstanding experience with Woonwoon during our 1 Year Stay in Zimmerstr 7 of their fully furnished apartments in Berlin. The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean and fully ready for us upon arrival.
